Peace Playground - A Video Story by Janet

This summer our college intern, Janet Arvizu-Garcia, created this video story about Re’Generation Movement’s involvement in Peace Playground. Peace Playground is a community-based program in Clarkston, where kids learn creative nonviolence through art, dance, drama, poetry, music and storytelling. Re’Gen youth volunteer as group leaders for the program. This is a valuable way for youth to positively impact their community, while getting real experience doing peacebuilding. Janet used her gifts as a visual storyteller to give us a glimpse at the powerful, peacebuilding work our Re’Gen youth have been participating in during summer.
